In developing countries, healthcare problems result from a combination of socio-cultural and economic factors. Before we start our project in a particular region, we collect information about the region’s healthcare system, shortages of medical supplies and appeals from the medical institutions.
Once information is collected, we engage with the local medical staff and the state authorities to form a working group.
Once the working group identifies the problems, we start supplying the required equipment and medications to the local medical institutions.
The final step is to continue to monitor the situation. To keep in touch with the medical staff and patients and to provide an extra support when necessary.
